Preparing the offer

Within 48h after our conversation, I will provide a detailed business proposal for your consideration. You fill out enclosed customer questionnaire and I will prepare a personalized contract.

Signing the contract

After clarifying the arrangements and determining the nature of the order, we sign an appropriate contract and set a date for a project kickstart meeting.

Kickstart meeting

This is a meeting at which we will carefully establish a plan of action. Among other things, we will talk about the goals of the project, ways to implement it and the preferred forms of communication between the parties.

We begin our work. But rest assured! If, for any reason, you want to postpone action or are unable to provide me with certain materials, we will extend the deadline for completion of the order.

What you may expect

Payment details

All the details on the method and date of the payment are determined individually with each customer - you will find them in the prepared pro forma invoice. We can begin our cooperation either on a receipt of full payment or on the basis of an advance payment or you can pay at the time of handing over the finished work or at the end of a calendar month.

Forms of collaboration

I offer various systems of cooperation, depending on your needs - hourly packages, project cooperation, ad hoc assistance, as well as long-term support. Returning customers may expect attractive discounts.
